Fees and Terms:

-All regular subscriptions are $12.99 month to month and will be billed automatically on the first of each month. 

-The pre-launch promotional offer is a 3 month commitment at $9.99 per month, paid up front for a total of $29.97. After the 3 months has expired, the subscription will be automatically shifted into the normal $12.99 month to month subscription unless canceled prior. 

-Pricing is subject to change.

-Your paid subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the start of your next subscription term. Notice of cancellation must be given before the start of the following month and at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal of subscription. If notice is given within a month that a payment has already been made, access will still be available for the remainder of that month and the subscription will be officially canceled starting the first of the following month. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the paid subscription service without notice.

-Subscriber acknowledges that MMMSS Strength LLC is not comprised of medical doctors or registered dieticians, and we do not provide medical or nutritional advice. Any information we give is recommendations in regards to training or nutrition, which that information can be used by the subscriber under their own voluntary choice, or can choose not to use that information.

-Subscriber acknowledges that before applying any information provided by MMMS LLC, they should consult with a medical doctor in regards to if they should be involved in an exercise program.

-Subscriber acknowledges that MMMSS Strength LLC makes no guarantees and does not offer refunds.

-The subscriber is responsible for the confidentiality and all activities that occur within their username and password that they designate upon registration. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and password that occurs. MMMSS Strength LLC is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from your failure to comply with this provision.

-MMMSS Strength LLC allows you a limited personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the site. The site is for your personal and non-commerical use. The content, data, design, media, video, audio, fitness plans, and all other protectable intellectual property available through the site (the “proprietary materials”)  are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, display, retransmit or otherwise provide access to the proprietary materials received through the site to anyone. You agree to not create or display our content for use on another website or service. 

-MMMSS Strength LLC is intended for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of your parent or guardian, to use the service. MMMSS Strength LLC will never knowingly solicit, nor will accept, personal identifying information from users known to be under 13 years of age. 

Waiver of Liability:

-I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE MMMSS Strength LLC, their employees, owners and representatives, from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me as an indirect or direct result of my participation in training.

-The use of MMMSS Strength LLC naturally involves the risk of harm to the client from any potential cause. Subscriber voluntarily accepts this entire risk. The subscriber agrees that MMMSS Strength LLC will not be liable for any injury, including, without limit, personal, bodily or mental injury, any economic loss or any damage to the subscriber resulting from the negligence of MMMSS Strength LLC and its employees.
